  2. Scaffolds like sentence starters, designated questions, and rejoinders for output; matching, T/F, movement for input

  1. Revise your question until you’re sure a majority will really be INVESTED.

  2. Build in enough time and practice to make tasks EASY for EVERYONE.

  1. Designate specialists for each of the most important features of the final product.

  2. Schedule times to give feedback for individual steps of the process for each role–including from team members.
