- Just because they’re speaking in English doesn’t mean they’re not using the TL, ie interpreting, processing
- Scaffolds like sentence starters, designated questions, and rejoinders for output; matching, T/F, movement for input

- Revise your question until you’re sure a majority will really be INVESTED.
- Build in enough time and practice to make tasks EASY for EVERYONE.

- Designate specialists for each of the most important features of the final product.
- Schedule times to give feedback for individual steps of the process for each role–including from team members.
